Abstract

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common disorder which often requires care to achieve symptom remediation. Appropriate treatment modalities are discussed and barriers to engagement in these services are reviewed. The authors also discuss the importance of definition “engagement” in this population and provide strategies for initial and sustained treatment engagement.
