Abstract
This article presents method of control of new throughput type gasification reactor for gasification of biomass. Reactor allows precise control of gasification process via adjustment of main variables which are: temperature, biomass flow, oxidants mass and temperature. Pointed variables allow control of reactor gas production, efficiency, throughput, gas composition and energy consumption. Control parameters are varied via SCADA system that provides process visualization, adjusting variables and data acquisition. In this work, experimental results are presented and pointed correlations affecting reactor work parameters with preliminary optimization directions and results.
