Abstract

N.W. Timofeeff-Ressovsky is the prominent biologist of the twentieth century. He made an enormous contribution to the development of classical genetics, evolutionary theory, general and theoretical biology. He is one of the founders of molecular biology, radiobiology and radiation biogeocenology , and the largest science methodologist.
