Abstract
The volume begins with the story of one early childhood administrator’s quest for developmentally appropriate anti-HIBT activities and lessons for three-and-four-year-olds and the ramifications of that search. It continues with a description of the parallel development, implementation and assessment of an anti-bullying program in a multicultural Indonesian school. The second section of the book consists of a review of the research projects completed by undergraduate and graduate students in the United States (U. S.) and graduate students in Indonesia in early childhood, elementary and secondary schools. Preschool, kindergarten, primary, upper elementary and secondary school students, and their teachers, participated in these studies. The description of a research partnership between a tolerance museum center and an institution of higher education concludes this section.
