Abstract
FFR assessment in previously infarcted territories is more complex than in vital lesions but it provides important information on the relevance of the stenoses and presence of myocardial vitality. Interpretation of FFR data is complicated by the reduced vital distribution territory and subsequent reduction in the entity of hyperemia. Nonetheless, the accepted FFR threshold still applies.
