Abstract
This chapter presents a piratical application of the book’s method during the Thermo Baby development project, which was prepared as partial fulfillment of the requirements for the 2016 Lean Product Development Course we offered in the Mechanic Engineering Graduate Program at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
