Abstract

This paper proposes a method to extract collarette based on CV model with constraints. With different degrees of strength of multi-border iris image, this method realized the extraction of such complex collarette with weak border. The method analyzes the variation of the model parameters during optimization, controls model parameters by detecting errors under different applications, and establishes constraints of CV model to ensure that iteration interrupt at local optima, namely collarette boundary. In this experiment samples from our database, the experimental results show that the method is effective, and rapid to extract the iris collarette.
