Abstract

In China, there are many Small and Medium Sized Concrete Mixer Manufacturers generally face with the following problems: small scale, lacking money, product market homogenization competition and so on. The passage aims to apply the features of cloud manufacturing service to the Small and Medium Sized Concrete Mixer Manufacturers, which will help solve the problems of scarce design ability and backward component procurement management mode appearing in these kinds of manufacturers. Besides, the passage mainly focuses on a life cycle of product design and component procurement in Concrete Mixer Manufacturers and builds a model of product design and component procurement service. Through researching on the Cloud manufacturing service platform for Small and Medium Sized Concrete Mixer Manufacturers and building cloud manufacturing service platform system, as well as combining them with some instances, the passage will introduce the function structure, service mode and working flow of cloud manufacturing service platform. Cloud manufacturing service platform focus on product design and components procurement links of concrete mixer manufacturing life cycle and build product design and parts procurement service model. Through Researching on the Cloud manufacturing service platform architecture of small and medium sized concrete mixer manufacturing enterprise and building cloud manufacturing service platform system as well as combining them with an instance, the function structure, service mode and working flow of cloud manufacturing service platform are introduced.
