Abstract

As previously shown, there is oligopolistic behavior by the operators of the charging stations. It seems reasonable to suppose that there is not only an abuse of the dominant position in the area of access to the infrastructure but also an abusive behavior in pricing. Specifically, it is a suspicion of price abuse, i.e. unreasonable prices are asked for charging vehicles at public charging stations.
