Abstract

Residential life in terms of final energy demand is an important aspect that has been increasingly influenced by consumer behavior under the premise of meeting the needs of basic shelter and food. Therefore, the analysis of residential energy consumption is an indispensable part of energy policy research. Different regions, including urban and rural areas, have distinctive energy consumption characteristics in terms of consumption levels and structures as a result of factors such as different economic prosperities, climate conditions, household incomes, and life habits, among others.
