Abstract

In this dissertation, we explored the application of nonclassical light sources developed in the quantum optics community as nonlinear spectroscopic tools, as well as the application of measurement protocols developed in nonlinear spectroscopy to quantum-optical sample systems. We will discuss the two topics separately: novel sources and novel samples.
