Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of theoretical methods and methodology for determining the composition, thermodynamic properties, and transport coefficients of equilibrium and nonequilibrium of two-temperature plasma based on the mean free path. The frequency of collisions of the particles, the current density, and specific power at plasma heating is also possible to determine in a simple manner. Coefficients of triple recombination and impact ionization, which can determine the number of charged particles in the plasma, have analyzed. The data of the composition, thermodynamic properties, and transport coefficients of a commonly used gas of plasma technology is presented.
