Abstract
While less common than in the adult population, pancreatic disorders in children are frequently amenable to minimally invasive approaches. Pancreatic pseudocysts can be approached through either laparoscopic or endoscopic techniques with excellent outcomes. Distal pancreatic resections following acute trauma may also shorten recovery. This chapter outlines minimally invasive approaches for these more common pediatric pancreatic disorders.
