Abstract
This paper presents our research on analysis and generation of valid Japanese sentences in the context of polite donatory situations of communication. We have used NooJ to extract the relevant constructions and resorted to the logic programming language Prolog to generate these constructions. This paper points out the links between NooJ and Prolog.
