Abstract
The musculoskeletal system is responsible for the movement of the skeleton. It consists of the skeleton, skeletal muscles, and tendons. The skeleton is made from bones and cartilages, which are connected by joints and ligaments. Skeletal muscles are connected to the skeleton through tendons, by which they can exert their force.
