Statistic of Police of Czech Republic Influence on Risk Assessment of Road Traffic

Abstract

The number of the road accidents and the appraisal of the damage fluctuate in Czech Republic. A dependence of the number of the registered traffic accidents on the law changes can be found out from the analyses of the number of accidents. The fatal traffic accidents and accidents entailed personal injuries are registered. The obligation of registration of the accidents with damage only was adapted several times in the last years. The influence of the law is significant with respect to the number of the registered road traffic accident. It can modulate the results of the risk assessment in the road traffic.
