Abstract
The health and well-being of young people in England continues to be a priority, and there is clear evidence to suggest prevention through public health interventions will make a significant difference. The school nursing service in England provides preventative and supportive services. It is a small workforce and significant energy has been invested to develop a new model of delivery and emphasis placed on measuring impact and outcomes.
