Abstract
The challenge for physicians treating trauma patients is to understand multiple facets of available imaging techniques in order to apply them optimally. This chapter provides an overview of radiological evaluation of neurotrauma. Indications for imaging and applications of various diagnostic modalities in evaluation of brain, spine and cerebrovascular injury are discussed. The major imaging findings are reviewed.
