Abstract

The integration of the educational environment of the educational institution and modern information and communication technology (ICT) changes the traditional environment of education via use of technical means and technologies with poorly studied or unstudied effects on health of a user. It is necessary to speak not so much about the direct negative impacts of ICT on the health of the user, as about those that only come into effect after years or even decades. ICT removes the pre-existing restrictions on education of persons with special educational needs. This requires adaptation of the learning space to the health indicators of the students (visually impaired, etc.), and to technical training facilities used outside of an educational institution. All of the above inevitably affects the health status of graduates of educational institutions and, therefore, the quality of labor resources of the country.
