Abstract
Surgeons interested in TORS in 2015 are at a distinct advantage compared to the early adapters, as much of the groundwork has been completed. For the many who have adopted TORS as part of their armamentarium for the treatment of OSA, the environment in North America (USA) has allowed many centers to flourish, each with its own unique experiences. In general the early programs have either centered in large academic institutions or in a handful of private practice community hospitals eager to apply this new technology.
