Abstract

Until recently, organogels and polymer thermoreversible gels were worlds apart. Possibly, because the former were chiefly studied by organist chemists while the latter were investigated by polymer physical chemists. The making of hybrid networks from these two types of gels seemed obvious the more so as polymer chains and organogelators are in most cases compatible in the solution state.
