Abstract
Before performing fat grafting, it is important to consider the possible risk areas [1, 2]. It is very useful to mark reference points for identifying areas where vessels and nerves are likely to be near the surface. This is done with an easily washable pen because vigorous washing at the end of the procedure would increase the risk of mobilizing the fat graft.
