Abstract

The effect of amitriptyline, the Atkins diet, dihydroergotamine, diltiazem, flunarizine, glibenclamide, hydrochlorothiazide, lithium, metformin, pioglitazone, pizotifen, posaconazole, propranolol, sumatriptan, temozolamide and venlafaxine on the pharmacokinetics of topiramate are described. Also, potential pharmacodynamic interactions are highlighted.
