Abstract
The fields of astronomy and astrophysics are evolving so rapidly that it’s nearly impossible to keep up. This makes it difficult to give a good list of potential targets for lightcurve work. This chapter will help you get started by showing just some of the things you might do in asteroid and variable star photometry. Use them to “dip your toe in the water” or to use as a foundation for long-term projects.
