Abstract
Before you fire up the telescope, camera, and computers to take images, you need a plan. You need to decide what to shoot, how you’re going to go about it, and consider how others might use your data. Chapter 2 covered some of the types of targets and projects in which you might get involved. Now you need to pick one and start getting images.
