Abstract

The inception for this textbook was from the American Urological Association’s postgraduate course on robot assisted radical prostatectomy. The international faculty panel listed in the authorship has contributed the content over the first 3 years of its existence. In this chapter, we reproduce the participant handout as a kind of “surgeon’s notebook.”
