Abstract

The new anatomical technique of breast US is presented as a noninvasive method of breast diagnosis: the ductal echography. A brief history of the method and the main advantages in the screening of the breast cancer and in the diagnosis of the larger pathology of the breast, ignored by the other radiological-imaging methods, are the goals of this chapter.
