Abstract

A 13-year-old previously healthy girl complained of a two-day history of double vision. She has a family history of aneurysms on her paternal side, but did not have a headache and denied any recent head trauma or infectious symptoms. She did not have joint pain, ulcers, or rashes. She has no pets (specifically cats). She lives in a downtown apartment and has not been outside the city in the last several months.
