Abstract
Many people reading this book may have already begun to integrate mindfulness into the medical curriculum or are looking for ways to do that in the future. This process can be made easier or more difficult depending on how one goes about it. In this chapter, we will explore some key factors in how to do this successfully along with strategies on how to work with potential barriers.
