Abstract
Here the procedures are described aimed at the preparation of stable small-sized nanoparticles with high enough concentration in aqueous solution and with minimal concentration or absence of toxic impurities. These works were conducted in two directions: (1) preparation of the aqueous solutions by the transfer of nanoparticles from micellar solutions and (2) synthesis of the nanoparticles directly in the aqueous solution with application of the same reducing agent (quercetin) but with the other (natural) stabilizer. In the latter case, we used either starch or cyclodextrin.
