Abstract
Synthesis methods of tin (IV) oxide nanostructures and its use are presented. The synthesis method that allows to obtain easy single crystals of SnO2 is selected. The main processing parameters that have a significant influence on the composition and morphology of obtained powders defined. Investigation of SnO2 samples obtained by the vapor transport method conducted. The choice of synthesis conditions for producing 1D tin (IV) oxide nanostructures done.
