Abstract
This chapter gives an outline of the ongoing global policy interventions and initiatives associated to urban infrastructure. Topics such as sustainability and urban infrastructure, ICT-driven smart city infrastructure, innovative financing and partnership options with the community and private sector are the core subject matter.
