Abstract
The spectral theory of operators is one of the central and attractive branches of the mathematical physics. This is evidenced, in particular, by the large number of publications devoted to the spectral theory of singularly perturbed operators. List a few sources: [3–6, 8–10, 12–14, 17, 66, 67, 76, 132, 136, 139–141, 144, 158, 163, 176]
