Abstract
Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) can be defined as intermittent or constant pain, perceived in structures related to the lower abdomen or pelvis of either men or women and recurring over a 6-month period. CPP has a major impact on health-related quality of life, work productivity and health care utilization.
