Abstract
A 20-year-old patient, after significant weight loss, desired for breast augmentation. She had flat breasts with thin tissues. She had subpectoral augmentation with smooth, round, silicone gel implants. Three months postoperatively, she was not happy with her breasts. The group discussed mastopexy because of ptosis, actually may have pseudoptosis, and change to larger implants.
