Abstract

The patient had transumbilical breast augmentation 5 months ago and is now complaining that the right breast is firm and nonmobile. She has been on Accolate

for 6 weeks without improvement. She is also massaging the breast. There was a discussion concerning massage of post augmentation breast with capsular contracture and closed capsulotomy.
