Abstract
A 44-year-old patient had breast augmentation with subglandular saline implants in 1997. She had surgery in 2005 for rippling. Slightly larger silicone gel anatomical implants were placed subpectorally. She now has pain, loss of upper pole fullness, and loss of round shape, and the breasts are too wide. The question was raised about the possibility of rotation of the implant, and it was suggested to use high or ultrahigh smooth implants for better projection.
