Abstract
Thirty-two-year-old female post breast augmentation, who developed 6 weeks later swelling and tightness on the right side. The implant was replaced but she developed large amount of bruising on the right side postoperatively and then deformity of the right side with grade 4 capsular contracture. There were multiple different techniques suggested by the Group.
