Abstract
A 19-year-old patient wanted breast augmentation. On examination the left breast was smaller than the right and the left inframammary fold 1.5–2.0 cm higher on the left than the right. The Group noted that there was tubular deformity and discussed implant size and type, lowering the left inframammary fold and scoring of the breast tissue. Medical references were offered describing classification and treatment of the tubular breast.
