Abstract
The patient had asymmetry of the breasts and desired only breast implants. The question raised was how does one decide the difference in size for the two breasts to make them near equal? The Group discussed the type of implants to use (i.e. high profile), smooth or textured and subpectoral or subglandular. The breasts were felt to be pseudoptotic rather than ptotic and mastopexy should not be done.
