Abstract
To have confidence in a safety case one needs to be assured that those who have constructed it are competent. By proactively and objectively demonstrating that the skills of personnel have been assessed senior management and external stakeholders are able to justify placing trust in the safety case’s claims. This chapter explores some simple techniques to evidence that individuals are suitably qualified and expected to operate as a member of the clinical risk management team.
