Abstract
Using ubiquitous computing and software engineering, two E-Health platforms have being designed, developed and implemented to improve the Down’s Syndrome risk estimation process and, with ambient assisted living, enhance how palliative care is being provided to the elderly patients, improving the quality of life in the country of Panama.
