Lessons for Creating Brilliant Business Models in Healthcare



The creation and construction of a brilliant business model requires years, if not decades. With the nuance that it is not about sequential steps that can be completed once and for all, three phases can be distinguished in realizing a brilliant business model. Following this there is the fourth phase with the challenge to renew yourself without losing the core.
