Abstract

How you introduce yourself and how the audience react to your introduction determine at least 30% of the success of your presentation. Audiences form their impressions of a presenter within approximately 90 seconds, after which it is difficult to change their opinion. This chapter outlines how to gain an audience's attention and how to connect with them on an emotional level.
