Abstract

Researchers’ attention is more and more persistently drawn to the problem of the flow of a viscous compressible gas into the medium of other properties due to use of high-temperature plasma jets, development of rocket engineering, and, finally, issues of modern combustion appliances formation.

Notes

  1. 1.

Equations (7.2.6) can be easily transferred to the system (7.2.2) if we carry out assessment of the nonlinear terms and discard the factorization terms of σ = i avg/i 0i avg and higher.

  2. 2.

We shall point out that although the work [8] provides a solution only for the plane case, a similar solution for the heat distribution can be obtained in cylindrical \( \left(\alpha =2\beta \right) \) and spherical \( \left(\alpha =3\beta \right) \) coordinates.
