Abstract
This chapter summarizes the text, covering enough topics to spin your heads. Many technical aspects of proliferation and terrorism will remain relevant into the future, while often political aspects are less permanent, shifted by events. Our goal for this course is to equip an upper-division history major to enter the State Department’s Foreign Service to work on these issues.
