Abstract

The article deals with the relevance of the managerial focus on the operations strategies in info-communication companies, prioritizes operations strategies. Particular attention is paid to industry specifics of priorities ranking, including analysis of the production costs, quality and reliability of the manufactured product, delivery speed, product delivery process reliability, the company’s ability to respond to changes in demand and the rate of new product types implementation.
