Abstract

A subset of patients with metastatic disease has a limited burden of disease, for which stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) can provide durable disease control and contribute to long-term survival. This chapter discusses the definition of oligometastatic disease and reviews the literature on its treatment with SBRT.
