Abstract
Bicondylar tibial plateau fractures are complex injuries to manage. The goal, as with all fractures, is to restore length, alignment, and rotation. The two most important parameters for a good to excellent clinical outcome are restoration of the mechanical axis of the lower extremity and minimizing intraarticular incongruity [1].
