Abstract
The patient is a 56-year-old male with a history of basal cell carcinomas on his back, scalp and face. He was scheduled for initial evaluation of skin lesions and had been experiencing bleeding, crustiness and scaliness in these areas. This condition existed for 1 year, and he reported that the lesions were increasing in size. The patient had no past treatments for this condition. After performing biopsies to his multiple lesions, they were diagnosed as basal cell carcinomas.
